Casino Motels
Las Vegas is famous for its casinos. In fact, casinos are a major tourist attraction in Las Vegas. Many gambling addicts visit Las Vegas exclusively for visiting the famed casinos. Be it for visiting casinos or for watching the other tourist attractions in the city, a number of tourists can be seen on the streets of the town on almost everyday. This is in part because of the excellent accommodation facilities in the city. There are a number of Las Vegas NV hotels and lodges that provide reasonably good facilities at reasonable prices. As a general rule, it can be said that during weekends, the tourist inflow to Las Vegas (or any other city for that matter) will be more and consequently the accommodation charges will be more in hotels. So, if you want to save some money, better try to visit the city on weekdays, preferably during midweek. Normally, the average rate per night of a decent hotel in the city is $90. In most of the hotels in this city, there will be an adjoining casino.
If you do not want to spend too much money for spending a vacation in Las Vegas, there are some casino motels that you may be interested to know about. Bally’s Casino Resort is an excellent option. It is situated on a prime location of the city, known as the Strip, and the rates are comparatively cheaper. Also, one can enjoy a good round of gambling or poker in the casino there. Palms is another good motel in Las Vegas. It is not situated on the Strip, but it is on the South Beach of Las Vegas. Excalibur Hotel Casino has an elegant looking building. It is situated on the Strip and its Disneyland like facilities and ambience are perfect for people who bring their families to stay in. Near the Excalibur is situated another good hotel called Tropicana Hotel. Its main attraction is a large pool.
Tuscany Suites is another hotel that is situated outside the Strip where one can find really cheap rooms. Large and spacious suites are the specialty of this hotel. Econo Lodge and Thriftlodge Motel are two other hotels in the downtown area where decent accommodation facilities can be found at a reasonable rate. That does not mean there are no cheaper motels in the Strip. Boardwalk Hotel is a good example. This hotel is adjacent to many resorts and tourist attractions. But still, it is estimated that one can get rooms for as low as $60 per night. And finally, there is a hotel with an amusing name: Circus Circus. The rooms are big and it is situated on the Strip.
